Yes… they DO EXIST!!!…. & they are 10,00,00,00,00,000 more common than UFOs.

🙂
Simplest example….
On Diwali Day… The maximum allowed noise level in a Residential area is 55dB.
& in Breach Candy… the locality where supposedly the most elite population lives & drives the snazziest cars & have been ‘educated’ in the best of the schools & colleges…was the Area with the MAXIMUM noise levels… a whopping 138 dB !!!!
Can you imagine the smoke??? The Noise??? The Pollution??? The Ecological hazard???….
In the neighbourhood that is so serene & beautiful otherwise!!!
Dharavi posted decibel levels of 89dB!!! (only…)
What can I say… such are the times we live in!!
